M'BOUNDI PIPELINE REPURPOSING ACTIVITIES ON BLOCK VALVE STATION (BVS) FROM 01 TO 12 24'' COTE MATEVE – M'BOUNDI PIPELINE REPURPOSING

First part of the scope of work involved the installation of piping to connect the seawater line (converted to a gas pipeline) between Cote Mateve, Eni Congo's Mboundi Oil Centre, and the GRS Area in Litchendjili Onshore. Key tasks included tie-ins, valve installations (SDV and manual), dielectric joints, and pipeline excavation  and  welding.  Civil  activities  included  excavation,  foundation construction,  and  road  restoration.  Mechanical  work  covered  connecting pipelines, supports, and instrument integration, with ICSS system updates planned offline. Inspection, hydraulic testing, and final touch-ups were also part of the scope.

The second scope of work involved removing 24" valves along the 50 km seawater pipeline between Cote Mateve and Eni Congo's Mboundi Oil Centre. Key activities included dismantling 6" block valve bypasses, disconnecting and removing existing equipment, cutting and capping bypass welds, and replacing valves with spools welded to the 24" flange cuts. Operations included crane- assisted valve removal and roof adjustments using scaffolding.

PC CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1 O.R.F. (ONSHORE RECEIVING FACILITY) AT THE SANCHEZ MAGALLANES SITE – TABASCO, MEXICO

image

ORF Centre is located in Tabasco, Mexico, close to the sea-line shore approach from existing and future offshore platforms inside ENI Mexico fields, AMOCA, MIZTON and TECOALLI.

THE ORF PROJECT CONSISTS OF TWO DIFFERENT PHASES:

PHASE 1:

Multiphase phase (pre FPSO installation), where the multiphase fluid produced on MIZTON WHP is sent to shore by means of a 10” pipeline, with a flow rate up to 9’000 bbl/d. During Phase 1 in the ORF the multiphase fluid is sent to the process Separator/Slug Catcher in order to separate gas, oil and water streams, measure them, commingle oil and water in one stream, and deliver separately gas and liquid phase to the Pemex Plant of Bateria de S. Ramon.

PHASE 2:

FPSO phase (post FPSO installation), where the multiphase fluid produced on MIZTON WHP is sent to the FPSO, where it is processed.

The produced raw gas is sent back to MIZTON WHP and then to shore by means of the 10” pipeline (used for the multiphase fluid in Phase 1), with a flow rate up to 75 MMSCFD.

In Phase 2, in the ORF, the raw gas is sent to the process Separator/Slug Catcher in order to separate gas and condensate, measure them, and deliver both commingled to the Pemex Plant of Bateria de S. Ramon.

The WORK Scope is relevant to the Management, Engineering for construction, materials and equipments Procurement, piping/equipments Fabrication, Construction, Commissioning supervision, services for Start-up and Performance test related to the Onshore Receiving Facility.

00-3101-XX-101-Gas Dehydration Package

The first package was designed to remove water vapor from the wet gas coming from the refrigerating unit to reach the dew point of

0° C @ 20barg. The humidity is removed in a high-pressure column (contactor) with the help of a TEG solution that is fed into the upper part of the tower while the gas moves upwards through the structured packages where the water absorption is done.

The dehydrated gas is then sent to the compression unit.

After the water absorption, the exhausted glycol is sent to the regeneration unit (00-3801-XX-101) where it is re-concentrated by boiling the water at atmospheric pressure by applying heat and a negligible quantity of gas stripping.
