JOB DESCRIPTION
Native Italian speaker;
Preferable degree in Environmental Engineering or Prevention and Safety Engineering;
3-5 years of experience in the same role;
Qualification as RSPP, as established by Legislative Decree 81/2008;
Knowledge of legislation regarding Safety and Environment (Legislative Decrees 81/2008 and 152/2006);
Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to perform one's role transversally;
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Leadership and decision-making abilities;
Organizational skills;
Excellent stress management;
Knowledge of spoken and written English (mandatory);
Gruppo Antonini, an important company operating in the Oil & Gas and shipbuilding sectors, is looking for a Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) for the Baia di Pertusola construction site and the Arcola mechanical workshop.
Identify and assess risk factors;
Identify suitable safety measures for the working environments based on regulations;
Develop and monitor the application of protective and preventive measures;
Participate in the drafting of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR);
Develop safety procedures for all company activities;
Propose training and information programs and paths for workers;
Participate in consultations on health and safety protection;
Inform workers about company risks;
Attend weekly meetings with clients;
Draft safety-related project documentation;
Complete loading and unloading forms and registers.
