Claudio is one of the founders not only of the family but also of the company. Although his father Walter Antonini was the actual founder, he started to manage all the companies when Walter had a very bad accident, which did not allow him to work anymore. Claudio expanded the company making it one of the leaders in the Oil&Gas industry in Italy. Today, all the employees, suppliers and clients have a high regard for him as it is still considered the big tiger of the family company. Negotiating is his best skill, and he never lost a round.
