These General Terms and Conditions of Contract govern the relationship between Gruppo Antonini S.p.A. and each Contractor/Supplier, defining the procedures for the execution of activities, contractual deadlines, and obligations concerning safety, quality, and liability.
They are an integral part of every contract and/or order—present and future—entered into with our Group, and serve as a binding Framework Agreement.
Article 2 clarifies that, once accepted, these terms shall automatically apply to all future orders/contracts without the need for further signing.
