Antonini Navi announces the sale of a 32-meter Explorer Yacht.

Antonini Navi is proud to announce the signing of a contract for the sale of a 32-meter full custom Explorer Yacht made of steel and aluminum, designed by Hydro Tec and Hot Lab, with an expected delivery in 2025. The construction of this yacht adds to the activities of Antonini Navi’s shipyard, which builds hulls for third parties ranging from 40 to 60 meters and develops the 45-meter M/Y ISLAND on a “spec” basis.

Antonini Navi, a company dedicated to the superyacht sector, was founded in 2020 by the Antonini family, owners of the historic Gruppo Antonini SpA in La Spezia, in partnership with engineer Aldo Manna. They are commencing the nautical year on a high note with the sale of a 32-meter full custom Explorer Yacht. This new contract marks a significant milestone in Antonini Navi’s impressive growth journey, showcasing their concrete and tangible flexibility and construction capabilities, which attracted an experienced navigator as the owner.

In October 2020, at the Genoa Boat Show, Antonini Navi announced its inception and introduced its brand dedicated to full custom yacht construction. Initially, they focused on building metal structures for other shipyards, gradually gaining the trust and attention of potential clients.

In just three years, the shipyard has established itself as a competitive player in the world of yachting, specializing in the construction of full-custom yachts and offering production services for well-known and significant shipyards. This success can be attributed to the financial strength and extensive technological expertise of Gruppo Antonini, which has operated globally in the Oil & Gas and shipbuilding industries for over 70 years.

Aldo Manna, Partner and Commercial Director of Antonini Navi, proudly declares, “It is with great pride that we announce this sale. Three years ago, Simone Antonini, CEO of Gruppo Antonini, and I launched a complex, challenging, and ambitious entrepreneurial endeavor: to create a tangible and reliable alternative in the industry from scratch and become a solid choice among custom yacht builders in just a few years. We believe that the credibility and technical competence of the people make the difference. We are a determined and professional team, and the market will reward us in the short term as well.”

In particular, this 32-meter full custom Explorer Yacht in steel and aluminum has come to life through the expertise of Hydro Tec for its exteriors, naval engineering, and layout, and the Hot Lab studio in Milan for its interiors, resulting in a project that aligns with the owner’s desires. The delivery is expected in 2025.

Sergio Cutolo of Hydro Tec commented that the owner requested an Explorer-type vessel that is comfortable, with a long range and capable of handling any sea condition, all while being more attractive with a modern touch. They found the ideal partner in Antonini Navi, thanks to their commercial background, shipyard expertise, and organization, allowing them to fully meet the owner’s requirements for extreme flexibility.

Enrico Lumini of Hot Lab added, “We are very pleased to incorporate Antonini Navi’s style into this project, collaborating with the design firm Hydro Tec, with whom we have formed a highly cohesive team over time. Our work on the interiors has been carried out in close collaboration with the owner, who requested a fresh, contemporary, organic, yet essential style in both geometry and colors for the spacious and well-lit spaces.”
