Types of Data Processed
Contact Data
Personal data capable of identifying the User, such as company name and VAT number, first and last name, tax code, address, e-mail address, fax number, website and date of birth, landline or mobile phone number for natural persons, information provided during registration, and unique identifiers used by advertising services (e.g. Google Ads).
Data Collected While Browsing the Website
The IT systems used to ensure the correct operation of the Website acquire certain Personal Data that is automatically processed as part of standard internet protocols. In any event, should the User publish strictly personal information without having specifically consented to its processing, Gruppo Antonini is released from any liability, and cannot be held responsible in any way, since such processing shall be deemed authorised by virtue of the data subject's free and informed choice to make the data manifestly public, pursuant to Article 9(1)(e) of the Regulation.
Data Voluntarily Provided by the User
Should the User, through the use of certain Website features, disclose to Gruppo Antonini Personal Data belonging to third parties, the User assumes the role of Data Controller, together with all the related legal obligations and liabilities. As a result, the User holds Gruppo Antonini harmless from any liability in connection with any disputes, claims or requests for damages, etc., brought by third parties whose Personal Data has been processed in breach of applicable data protection rules as a consequence of the User's use of the Website's features.

Legal Basis

Definitions
