EXISTING SPM APPROACH PTF EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE & OFFSHORE REVAMPING – API IP FALCONARA 

Provision of materials, prefabrication, restoration of existing structures, and commissioning of the SPM platform. The work included offshore dismantling of the upper structures: 1 external ring DN 25.2m weighing 140 tons, 1 support cross with fenders, approximately 20m x 20m in size, weighing 180 tons, and subsequent reinstallation of the structures. A new cabin was provided, with dimensions of 9.1m x 2.5m x 3.0m height, including: photovoltaic panels and a wind turbine generator, diesel engine generator, electrical panels, and related instrumentation. Replacement of the rotary bearing and total repainting of the SPM platform. Onshore renewal activities with replacement of local structures, external fenders, boat docking, access, fenders, platform crane, tests, and pre-commissioning onshore.

2020/2021 - SAVONA

EXISTING SPM BUOY FOR TANKERS APPROACH REVAMPING - API IP SAVONA

Supply of MATERIALS and MANUFACTURE of 4 foundation piles, 1 control cabin for operators, and structural support frames, including the installation of the piles on-site, prefabrication of piping and structures, dismantling of the existing piping system, and new installation, civil reinforcement, connections, pre-commissioning and commissioning, and startup assistance for the Client.

 

Weights:

  • Piles: 50 tons
  • Cabin and related structures: 20 tons
  • Piping and supports: 11 tons

DRY DOCK STRUCTURAL REFURBISHMENT AND UPGRADING – ARSENALE MILITARE

 

Supply of materials, prefabrication and installation of part of the structures, NDT, replacement of central supports for ship repairs, painting of superstructures and hull, inspection of mechanical elements and winches, loading onto barge using SMPT (48 axles), and transportation by barge to the final site (La Spezia).

Dry dock weight: 850 tons, structural demolition and replacement of 50 tons.

2018 - ROMA

EPCI for BOA R2 FABRICATION and REPLACEMENT – API Raffineria Di Roma - Italia

MANUFACTURE of the rotating bearing system (rotating bearing DN4000mm, piping, equipment, electrical/instrumentation system, painting), including the prefabricated E/I cabin (15 tons), PMCC/ICSS/UPS panels, batteries, HVAC system, etc., land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and securing at sea, maritime transport, offshore lifting, installation, connection, and commissioning up to startup. The activity included dismantling of the existing rotating bearing and structures and piping lines.

 

Weight of the new upper structure: 130 tons, main offshore lift: 90 tons.

2016-2019

REFURBISHMENT & INTEGRATION OF N.5 PORT BOATS – ARSENALE MILITARE

The contract included the renovation activities of 5 existing harbor vessels: GP56, GP57, GP58, GP61, GP66, operating at the MILITARY ARSENAL of La Spezia, Italy. For each vessel, the works covered the following:

• Recovery of the existing harbor vessel and transportation via our cargo barge to our shipyard.
• Lifting and positioning at our shipyard (the largest vessel weighed 270 tons).
• Thickness measurements of the entire hull and replacement of deteriorated plates.
• Renewal of deteriorated structures and replacement of anodes.
• Inspection and restoration of ballast loading/unloading systems.
• Inspection and restoration of the existing electrical system.
• Maintenance of maneuvering valves.
• Sandblasting, painting, and final testing.
• Final delivery to the Client upon completion of the works.

COSTA CONCORDIA WRECK REMOVAL – TITAN/MICOPERI

MANUFACTURE of 12 anchorage points and anchorage blocks, 12 towers, foundations, and casing piles used for the ship removal activity at the Island of Giglio.

Total weight of the manufactured and supplied structures: 850 tons.

 

MANUFACTURE of 6 complete modules of steel structures for the compression modules, including loading, sea fastening, and transport to the final assembly yard.

Weight of each manufactured module: 1000 tons.

Simultaneous construction of 2 BARGES (Raw Gas Injection) with the following dimensions: length: 95m, width: 16m, height: 15m. Below are the weights and key features of the two units:

  • PIPE SUPPORTS MANUFACTURE: 690 tons each
  • ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURES: 1000 tons each barge
  • MECHANICAL PLANTS MANUFACTURE: 730 tons each in total (470 tons of acid gas piping, thickness 59 mm)
  • COMPRESSORS: GE manufacturer 330 tons (prototype TU.CO. 800 barg, RE.CO.), 1050 tons
  • FIRE RESISTANT CLASSIFICATION: H60/90-J15/J30/J45 for buildings, pipe supports, and some piping, total: 6300 m²
  • PROCESS COOLING SYSTEM: Composed of 33 cooling fans placed on the top of the BARGE
  • ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION PLANT: Over 240 km of electrical and control cables
  • L.E.R. SYSTEM: Two fully isolated levels, including a TRAFO room, UPS room, electrical room
  • TRAFO: 1 HV transformer, 1 MT transformer, 1 MT/LT transformer (6KV/400V)
