EPCI PER LA REALIZZAZIONE DI N. 2 PRE-DRILLING TEMPLATES E DOCKING PILES – MELLITAH OIL & GAS – OFFSHORE LIBIA
Detail engineering, construction and installation engineering, procurement, fabrication, loading and sea fastening onto the Antonini cargo barge, transport to the site, and assistance to the drilling contractor.

EPCI for MRU MODULE and VESSELS – CHEVRON – TAMAR PTF ISRAEL
Construction engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, mechanical completion and pre-commissioning, loading and sea fastening, transport to the site, of a module consisting of: 3 levels, 12 x 12 meters, 250 tons, fully equipped with mechanical components, piping lines, valves, E/I equipment, cables, and cable trays. The main elements were provided by the client CHEVRON. GA performed the EPC for 4 vessels to be installed on the module.

BALTIM SW PLATFORM – PETROBEL/ENI – EGYPT
Engineering development for the workshop, supply of structural materials for JACKET and DECK provided in prefabricated elements via containers (legs, joints, piping, plates, beams, gratings, etc.).
Total weight: 2450 tons.

OIL TREATMENT SYSTEM SKIDs – SABRATHA PLATFORM – NOV/FJORDS MOG
CONSTRUCTION OF PRESSURE VESSEL AND OIL TREATMENT SKID to be installed on the SABRATHA platform for the enhancement of the related treatment facility. The contract included: fabrication of structural and piping skids, completion and pre-commissioning, supply of 1 carbon steel pressure vessel with INCONEL 625 lining, and 1 pressure vessel in INCONEL 625.

EPC WHP3 OIL PTF SUPPLY of E/I HOUSE – ENI Congo
EPC WHP3 OIL PTF SUPPLY of EQUIPMENTS, SKIDS – ENI Congo
SUPPLY and transport to the site of the following items:
- 1 launch trap
- 3 chemical skids including chemical storage tanks
- 1 WHCP (Wellhead Control Panel)
- 1 platform crane
- 1 SDV 0190 valve.
Engineering, supply, fabrication, and transport to the site of 1 fully equipped E/I cabin, weighing 25 tons, with A60 insulation classification. The cabin included the supply of PMCC panels, ICSS control systems, UPS and batteries, E/I systems, HVAC system, fixed fire detection and fighting systems, etc.

EPC BONACCIA NW GAS PTF – DECK CONSTRUCTION & ptf comm – ENI Italia
CONSTRUCTION of the complete deck (deck structure, flare, mechanical and piping systems, skids, packages, E/I systems, painting, and insulation) including E/I shelters, land testing and pre-commissioning, offshore loading and securing, transportation to the site, hook-up/commissioning up to start-up assistance.
Deck weight: 900 tons.

EPC SABRATHA FLARE CONSTRUCTION – ENI Libya
Construction of the FLARE for the SABRATHA PLATFORM (140 meters long), connection to the K.O. Drum, and the related blow-down line with H90 fire protection.
The construction activities included the supply and fabrication of the grillage and sea fastening, as well as the loading onto the transport barge and transportation to the installation site.
- Weight of the flare: 750 tons.
