Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of the complete platform (Jacket structure, Deck, Flare, 4 foundation piles), supply of mechanical components and piping systems, chemical and process skids, generation package, crane, installation of electrical/instrumentation systems, painting and insulation, including instrumentation cabin and E/I technical room, land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and sea fastening, hook-up and commissioning up to startup assistance.
Construction of a complete oil platform, including the Jacket structure, Deck, Flare, and 6 foundation piles (DN 762 piles). Supply of piping systems, chemical and process skids, packages, installation of E/I systems, full painting and insulation, including the supply of a new E/I cabin, supply of diesel generator sets, platform crane, safety equipment, land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and securing, and transport to the site.
The contract includes three phases of work:
REFURBISHMENT AND IMPROVEMENT of the existing JACKET and DECK structure in Louisiana (USA) and their transportation from the origin to Congo;
PREFABRICATION in Italy at the GA shipyard of 4+2 foundation piles, landing platform, mechanical and piping equipment, skids, and packages;
FINAL INTEGRATION of the complete TOPSIDE platform in Congo and offshore hook-up and final commissioning work.
The integration of the TOPSIDE includes the completion of the PLATFORM (improvement of the Jacket and Deck structure, landing platform, additional structural reinforcements, etc.), completion of the flare, installation of mechanical and piping systems, skids, packages, E/I systems, painting and insulation, including land testing and pre-commissioning in Congo, loading and sea fastening, transport to the offshore installation site, hook-up, and commissioning up to startup assistance.
The contract also includes the separate fabrication of two E/I SHELTERS with two levels, comprising architectural and structural fabrication, PMCC/ICSS/UPS electrical panels, batteries, E/I systems, HVAC system, etc.
CONSTRUCTION of the complete deck (structure for deck, flare, mechanical and piping systems, skids, packages, E/I systems, painting and insulation) including E/I shelters, land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and sea fastening, transport to the site, hook-up/commissioning up to startup assistance.
Weight of the deck: 900 tons.
Construction of the complete Deck (Deck structure, Flare, mechanical and piping systems, skids, packages, E/I systems, painting and insulation), including E/I technical rooms, HVAC/compressed air rooms, control room, living quarters, helipad, compression module, land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and sea fastening, transport to the site, hook-up, and commissioning up to the startup of 8 oil and gas wells.
Construction of a complete platform (Monopod structure, Deck, Flare, foundation piles, mechanical and piping systems, skids, E/I system, painting and insulation), including land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and sea fastening, transport to the site, hook-up, and commissioning up to startup assistance.
Complete construction of the ANA, VESNA, and IRINA platforms (Monopod structure, Decks, Flares, foundation piles, mechanical and piping systems, skids, E/I systems, painting and insulation), including land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and sea fastening, transport to the site, hook-up, and commissioning up to startup assistance.

The platforms were constructed at different shipyards: the Monopod for ANA at the GA shipyard in Lerici (Italy) and the decks for ANA, VESNA, IRINA, and the Monopods for VESNA and IRINA at the GA shipyard in Bakar (Croatia). The EPC works included the supply of materials and revamping of the mechanical and E/I systems for the existing platforms in the IKA/IDA fields.
Construction of the complete IVANA K platform (Jacket structure, Deck, Flare, foundation piles, mechanical and piping systems, skids, E/I system, painting and insulation), including E/I technical rooms, HVAC/compressed air rooms, control room, land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and sea fastening, transport to the site, hook-up, and commissioning.

The contract also included the revamping of the existing mechanical and E/I systems for the IVANA A platform (connected to Ivana K via a 60-meter bridge).
Construction of the complete IVANA C platform (Monopod structure, Deck, Flare, foundation piles, mechanical and piping systems, skids, E/I system, painting and insulation), including land testing and pre-commissioning, loading and sea fastening, transport to the site, hook-up, and commissioning.
