OIL PLATFORMS VENTURING INTO EMERGING MARKETS

Claudio Antonini outlines in a statement the report on the company’s current and future activities: "At present, the shipyard is engaged in completing the Clara Nw and Bonaccia Nw drilling platforms, destined for the Adriatic Sea for Eni. Both platforms were launched this month in La Spezia and are en route to their destination in the Adriatic. Previously, the Litchendjili Deck platform project for Eni Congo was successfully completed."

Regarding the future, Claudio Antonini adds:

"The company aims to further consolidate its competitive position in the most challenging market segments, leveraging a flexible business model and long-standing relationships with Eni and major international oil companies.

Management is focused on developing new assets and exploring emerging markets, diversifying the offering to optimize cost-benefit efficiency and complete the internationalization process of Gruppo Antonini.

Currently, numerous commercial negotiations and bids for new contracts are underway, while continuous collaboration agreements have recently been signed with major multinational companies operating in the Offshore and Oil & Gas sectors."
