General Procurement Terms and Conditions

These General Procurement/Supply Terms and Conditions govern the relationships between Gruppo Antonini S.p.A. and each Contractor/Supplier, regulating execution methods, contractual terms, and obligations regarding safety, quality, and liability.

They form an integral part of every contract and/or order, including future ones, signed with our Group, and take effect as a framework agreement.

Article 2 specifies that, once accepted, these terms automatically apply to all future orders/contracts as well, without the need for additional signature.
