EPC ONSHORE UPGRADE OF LITCHENDJILI – GAS TREATMENT CAPACITY INCREASE

The Initial Phase includes the minimum required modifications within the onshore Litchendjili plant area to upgrade the gas capacity up to 4 MSCMD, avoiding vibration issues in lines and equipment. • Project Management, Engineering from FEED project validation up to the issuance of all necessary technical documentation, Procurement, Construction, Assembly and Installation, Mechanical Completion, and Pre-commissioning. • Replacement of the existing 12" spool (approx. 5 m) installed downstream of the receipt trap; • Assessment for revamping the internals of the existing gas KO drum (031990VA001): verification of demister details and inlet device, and replacement/upgrading; • Replacement of existing safety valves (190-PSV-003A/B), or calibrated orifice; • New 10" gas line from the existing gas KO drum to the existing export line (approx. 400 m); • Blowdown lines for new PCV, PSV, and BDV connections; • All connections required for new line tie-ins, including any hot tapping to avoid plant shutdown; • Installation of new fiscal gas meter and heaters; • New connection to the export line; • Blowdown connection. • HOT TAPPING connections with existing pipelines for tie-in with WHP4 platform and the CEC AREA.
