EPC WHP4 OIL PTF REFURBISHMENT & TOPSIDE INTEGRATION – ENI CONGO

The contract includes three work phases: 1°) Refurbishment and enhancement of the existing Jacket and Deck structures in Louisiana (USA) and their transport from the origin site to Congo; 2°) Prefabrication in Italy at the GA shipyard of 4+2 foundation piles, landing platform, mechanical and piping equipment, skids, and packages; 3°) Final Topside integration in Congo, including offshore commissioning and hook-up. The Topside integration includes completion of the platform (enhancement of Jacket and Deck structures, flare completion, installation of mechanical and piping systems, skids, packages, E/I system, painting, and insulation), including onshore testing and pre-commissioning in Congo, offshore load-out and lifting, transportation to the installation site, hook-up, and commissioning up to start-up support. The contract also covers the separate fabrication of two two-level E/I cabins, including PMCC/ICSS/UPS switchboards, batteries, E/I systems, HVAC systems, etc. Weights: Deck: 1,100 tonnes, Jacket: 500 tonnes, Piles: 650 tonnes, E/I shelters: 80 tonnes.
