EPCIC COMPRESSION MODULE FOR SABRATHA PTF

Details, construction and installation engineering, material supply, fabrication, transportation of 1 Compression Module, offshore installation and commissioning. As part of the Sabratha Compression Module Project, a Compression Module will be installed downstream of the Production Drums and Production Coolers to boost pressure as required by the dehydration units. The Compressor Package consists of two compression trains (2 x 50%). Compression structures for each new compression train are identical. Installation of the Compression Module requires the following additional modifications to the Sabratha Platform: Installation of the Seawater Filter Replacement of Seawater Discharge Caisson 60-500-TS-103 Installation of a new skid with Deluge valve Installation of new tie-in valves and interconnecting piping (for process and utilities) New HIPP set points, upgrades of the existing master control system, new PT settings for LP mode Replacement of liquid control valves for the existing HP Production Drums All connections required to enable switching of compression line configuration and to define the integrated equipment control system with the plant control system Replacement of the fuel gas valve Compression Module: 1700 tons
