M'Boundi Oil Centre is located in M'Boundi, Republic of Congo. The onshore oil facility has a production capacity of 41,000 BOPD and associated gas production of 3 MMSCMD, which is currently flared. Due to flaring restrictions and the need for gas in power generation, gas treatment facilities must be installed at the M'Boundi Oil Centre. The scope of work covers: • Management • Engineering • Procurement • Transportation • Fabrication • Construction • Installation • Commissioning • Start-up • Performance testing activities related to the Condensate Recovery Unit (CRU) package and associated structures. THE CRU AND ASSOCIATED STRUCTURES CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING MAIN COMPONENTS: • Condensate Recovery & Stripping Section – Unit 320 • Stripped Gas Compression Section – Unit 360 • Propane Refrigeration & Storage System – Unit 400 • Utilities • Civil & Structural Works • Electrical Works • Instrumentation Works FEED GAS PROPERTIES AT THE CRU INLET ARE AS FOLLOWS: • Design Capacity: 3.2 MMSCMD • Nominal Capacity: 3 MMSCMD • Reduced Capacity: 0.25 MMSCMD Operating Pressure: 57.5 bar(g) | Operating Temperature: 48.85 °C (normal design case) Maximum Operating Temperature: 48.85 °C (reduced case) | Maximum Water Dew Point: -20 °C @ 58 bar(g)
