ENI TUNISIA – GAZ DU SUD PROJECT SERVICE: Supply of glycol regeneration skid ENGINEERING SERVICES OFFERED: Process Engineering Structural Engineering Piping & Mechanical Engineering Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering EQUIPMENT: 00-3101-XX-101 – Gas Dehydration Package 00-3801-XX-101 – TEG Regeneration Unit The first package is designed to remove water vapor from wet gas coming from the refrigeration unit, achieving a dew point of 0°C at 20 barg. Moisture is removed in a high-pressure column (contactor) using a TEG solution introduced at the top of the tower, while gas flows upward through structured packing where water absorption occurs. The dehydrated gas is then sent to the compression unit. After water absorption, the spent glycol is sent to the regeneration unit (00-3801-XX-101), where it is reconcentrated by boiling off water at atmospheric pressure, applying heat and a negligible amount of stripping gas. Process Data: Unit capacity: 2,500,000 Sm³/day | Unit flexibility: 20–100% | Nominal pressure: 30 bars(g) | Design pressure: 40 bars(g) | Nominal temperature: 20 °C | Design temperature: 60 °C
