FABRICATION of the rotating bearing system (DN4000mm rotating bearing, piping, equipment, electrical/instrumentation system, painting) including prefabricated E/I cabin (15 tons), PMCC/ICSS/UPS panels, batteries, HVAC system, etc., onshore testing and pre-commissioning, offshore load-out and rigging, maritime transport, offshore lifting, installation, tie-ins, and commissioning up to start-up. The activity includes dismantling of the existing rotating bearing and associated structures and piping. Weight of the new topside structure: 130 tons, main offshore lift: 90 tons.
