Supply of materials, prefabrication, restoration of existing structures, and commissioning of the SPM platform. The work included offshore dismantling of topside structures: 1 external ring DN 25, 2 m, 140 tons; 1 support cross with fenders, approx. 20m x 20m, 180 tons, and the subsequent reinstallation of the structures. Supply of a new cabin, dimensions 9.1m x 2.5m x 3.0m h, including: photovoltaic panels and wind generator, diesel generator set, electrical panels, and associated instrumentation. Replacement of the rotating bearing, and full painting of the SPM platform. Onshore renewal activities with replacement of local structures, external fenders, boat mooring, access, fenders, platform cranes, testing, and onshore pre-commissioning. Offshore transportation and installation, commissioning.

FABRICATION of the rotating bearing system (DN4000mm rotating bearing, piping, equipment, electrical/instrumentation system, painting) including prefabricated E/I cabin (15 tons), PMCC/ICSS/UPS panels, batteries, HVAC system, etc., onshore testing and pre-commissioning, offshore load-out and rigging, maritime transport, offshore lifting, installation, tie-ins, and commissioning up to start-up. The activity included dismantling of the existing rotating bearing and associated structures and piping.
