Supply of materials, prefabrication and installation of part of the structures, NDT, replacement of central supports for ship repairs, painting of superstructures and hull, inspection of mechanical elements and winches, load-out onto barge using SMPT (48 axles), and transport by barge to the final site (La Spezia). Weight of the dry dock basin: 850 tons, structural demolition and replacement: 50 tons.

FABRICATION of the rotating bearing system (DN4000mm rotating bearing, piping, equipment, electrical/instrumentation system, painting) including prefabricated E/I cabin (15 tons), PMCC/ICSS/UPS panels, batteries, HVAC system, etc., onshore testing and pre-commissioning, offshore load-out and rigging, maritime transport, offshore lifting, installation, tie-ins, and commissioning up to start-up. The activity included dismantling of the existing rotating bearing and associated structures and piping.
