The contract included the refurbishment of 5 existing port vessels: GP56, GP57, GP58, GP61, GP66, operating at the La Spezia NAVAL ARSENAL – Italy. For each vessel, the works specifically covered the following: • Recovery of the existing port vessel and transportation on our cargo barge to our shipyard. • Lifting and positioning in our shipyard (the largest vessel weighed 270 tonnes). • Thickness inspections of the entire hull and replacement of deteriorated plates. • Renewal of degraded structures and replacement of anodes. • Inspection and restoration of ballast loading/unloading systems. • Inspection and restoration of the existing electrical system. • Maintenance of maneuvering valves. • Sandblasting, painting, and final testing. • Final delivery to the Client upon completion of the works.

STRUCTURAL RENOVATION AND UPGRADE OF THE LOADING BASIN – MILITARY ARSENAL
Supply of materials, prefabrication and installation of structures, painting, mechanical inspection, and transport by barge to the final site. Weight of the dry dock basin: 850 tons, structural demolition and replacement: 50 tons.
