Simultaneous construction of 2 RAW GAS INJECTION BARGES with the following dimensions: length 95 m, width 16 m, height 15 m. Below are the main weights and characteristics of the two plants: Fabrication of piping supports: 690 tons each Structural steel: 1,000 tons per barge Fabrication of mechanical systems: 730 tons each in total (470 tons of acid gas piping, 59 mm thickness) Compressors: GE manufacturer 330 tons (prototype TU.CO. 800 barg, RE.CO.), total 1,050 tons Fireproof classification: H60/90-J15/J30/J45 on buildings, piping supports, and part of the piping, total: 6,300 m² Process cooling system: composed of 33 cooling fans, located on the top of the barge Electrical and instrumentation system: over 240 km of electrical and control cables. L.E.R.: two fully insulated levels, including TRAFO room, UPS room, electrical room, control room. TRAFO: 1 HV transformer, 1 MV transformer, 1 MV/LV transformer (6 kV / 400 V).
